Mindful Island is a project initiated to stimulate mindful and conscious living on Bonaire.  It is our deepest desire to give back to this island we love so much and help fellow human beings to reconnect with their essence and nature. Together we cretate a mindful community. 

Mindful Island offers a variety of wellness programs and experiences including:

  • Private individual and group mindfulness training,
  • Wellness workshops, experiences and retreats for individuals, businesses, or small groups, 
  • In person or online Wellness Coaching  and Personal Training

Sarah Sati


"It is my life mission and calling to be a seed in the wind for the flower of the mindful mind." 

Sarah Wilner has been teaching, studying, and applying mindfulness and mindfulness based skills across a variety of domains with diverse populations for the past decade.  Sarah holds a Master's degree in Experimental Psychology and is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor who uses her experience and knowledge to create and spread mindfulness programs aimed at increasing the overall human experience.

Niko Nikolić

As a health scientist and certified strength & conditioning specialist, Niko Nikolic (M.sc) uses an integral approach in order to help you reach your full wellness potential.  His primary areas of expertise are plant-based nutrition, functional (bodyweight) movement and mindset reframing. 

Niko has worked with over a hundred individual clients and groups during the last decade, ranging from athletes to elderly. Although everyone has specific needs, goals and physical capabilities, the underlying principle is always the same; moving towards holistic health.
