Most of us are intuitively aware that now is all there is, but a surprising fact is, for most people, there isn’t even a right now. Not because right now doesn’t exist, but because you aren’t living inside of it.  


According to all contemplative thought across time, now is all there is.   According to research at Harvard University the majority of people spend at least 50% of each now moment anywhere but in the now. This lack of presence, or misbelief that later is better, leads to a variety of negative life experiences. These include; absence of focus, loss of time, feelings of lack, reacting over responding, and the list goes on. So, what’s the answer?
